Saakashvili: Calls for Dialogue, Won’t Resign

getattachment1At noon on Friday, April 10, President Mikheil Saakashvili renewed his calls to the opposition for dialogue around constitutional changes that would strengthen parliament and a directly elected mayor of Tbilisi. He also praised his administration’s hands-off approach to demonstrators as proof that he’s allowing dissidence in his administration.
